Vorsprung camp was so much fun. Vranek really made us feel part of the family, who were all really kind. He has been a mentor and friend to me as much as a great coach. The programme really opened my mind about running - about not just going from point A to B but how to make it as efficient as possible. It improves you mentally as well as physically.
I would recommend Vorsprung camp to anyone (and I mean anyone, even those people who have only run for a bus to county running champions) who wants to improve whilst at the same time taking total break from the stresses and strains over everyday life.
