Retrospective, pre-website Archive…

“Hi Vranek,

I’ve now completed my first 5K over the Savannah River Bridge. I came in 8th in my age group at a time of 42:05:33. I was very satisfied with that result given it was my first 5K and given that the first mile was uphill and given the fact ,that, I am 70 years old (almost 71).

Thank you for all the help and encouragement you gave me. I think it really made a difference. I felt confident going out there this morning to run it.”
